If you need a repeat prescription, our telehealth practitioners are here to assist. While we offer prescriptions for many medications, certain medications are limited based on their safety profiles. We review your My Health Record to confirm the necessity of your medication before issuing a prescription. Practitioners can provide a maximum of one repeat per script to ensure safe practice. Additionally, we collaborate with your GP to ensure continuity of care and will write to them about your consultation and any prescriptions issued.
Medical Certificates
In need of a medical certificate? Our telehealth service offers medical certificates for just $15.00. Certificates can cover up to 3 days, depending on the practitioner’s discretion. Whether you’re managing a minor illness or need documentation for work, our telehealth practitioners are ready to help.
