Treatment Plan

Any prescriptions you receive can be dispensed at any Pharmacy or Chemist. You will also have individualised treatment plans tailored to your unique health goals and preferences.

What’s included in your consultation

Patients will need to obtain a Doctors referral or supply a copy of their Health summary.

A health summary can be obtained through your Medicare App or from your GP Reception
